About
I was born and raised in Queens, New York and have more than a decade of experience in health and fitness. When I was 15, my younger brother passed away from a debilitating genetic condition. I was lost. The gym helped me find my purpose. I then used what I learned to help my parents take back their health. Now, as an NASM-certified trainer, it’s my mission to help as many people as possible get more from their lives through training.
