How do I book a complimentary consultation or session?

You can follow this link to book your session now! Virtual consultations are 30 minutes or less, and in-person sessions are one hour long (Denver, CO metro area only).

Ready to start your fitness journey? Booking your complimentary online consultation or complimentary in-person session takes only seconds. (In order to get the most out of your in-person trial session, I recommend doing your consultation first).

What does a virtual consultation consist of?

A virtual consultation takes 30 minutes or less. The goal is to help you figure out what you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. We’ll discuss your goals, habits, and challenges, and you’ll do a brief movement assessment (which is not a test!). After reviewing all these items, you’ll receive recommendations on actionable steps to achieve your goals.

What does an in-person session consist of?

In-person sessions, best paired with a prior virtual consultation, are best thought of as “Day One” of a training program, essentially being a sneak peek of what in-person training will look like. Sessions typically are broken down into a 10-minute warmup, 45 minutes of strength and conditioning, and a 5-minute finisher. This service is completely complimentary, and is available within the Denver metro area. Sessions can be completed in a home or office gym. If you’re not located in the Capitol Hill/Congress Park area, and don’t have access to a private gym, we will work together to find a suitable location.
