Whether it’ll be your first time in the gym or you’re an experienced lifter looking to achieve new goals, having the right program is crucial to making sure you optimize your effort in the gym. These programs are appropriate for people of all experience levels, but are generally intended for beginners and those who want to incorporate new training methods and goals. Programs are available for those looking to build muscle, lose fat, strengthen bones (osteoporosis/osteopenia), increase athleticism, and more.

Monthly programming tailored to your goals, schedule, and body type. Receive up to 30 customized workouts per month in the Everfit app, complete with videos, rep counts, and detailed instructions, and monthly video check-in.

TIER 3: Comprehensive online training

Monthly programming (accessible in Everfit app), general nutrition advice, and 24/7 access to guidance—form correction, dietary advice, and more. All the benefits of in-person training—at your pace, and at a fraction of the rate.

Our semi-private groups combine the best of both worlds: the community and energy of group training and the individualized attention of 1-on-1 sessions. What does a consultation consist of?

Consultations are 30-minute virtual meetings that serve to help you assess where you are and what you need to do in order to reach your goals. In your consultation, we’ll discuss your short and long-term goals, your habits, as well as conduct a brief movement assessment. After that, you’ll receive preliminary recommendations on training frequency, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and more, so that you know what you need to do in order to reach your goals more effectively and quickly. As a coach, my goal is for you to get 100% out of what you put in.

I was born and raised in Queens, New York and now have more than a decade of experience in health and fitness. From the time I could walk, I was playing sports, from soccer to volleyball to track to even bowling—I was the team captain and borough champion in high school. I’m also a professional photographer, and am deeply passionate about conservation, both in the U.S. and abroad.

When I was 15, my younger brother passed away from a debilitating genetic condition. I was lost. The gym helped me find my purpose. I then used what I learned to help my parents take back their health. Now, as an NASM-certified trainer, it’s my mission to help as many people as possible get more from their lives through training.
