Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer comprehensive in-person and online training. These include form correction, tailored periodized programming, general nutritional advice, and more. I also offer standalone customized programming, as well as a large bank of pre-made programs for a variety of fitness goals.

What type of people do you train?

I train everyone, because fitness is for everyone. I’ve trained everyone from seasoned lifters looking to set personal records to retirees looking to get more out of their golden years.

What types of training do you specialize in?

I specialize in strength training. My main focuses are muscle and strength, mobility, and longevity. If you want to win a marathon, I’m not your guy. If you want to finish your first marathon, improve your joint health, become stronger and live a longer, healthier life, then I’m your guy.

What qualifications do you have?

I hold an active Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also hold a Red Cross CPR/AED certification.

What makes training with you different?

My training philosophy is supported by real results that I and my clients have achieved, and backed by studies which I research and vet myself. I push my clients to their limits while balancing recovery and recognizing the influence of other factors in their lives. Even if you only train with me for one of four weekly workouts, I will program all four, because my goal is to help as many people as possible get more out of their lives through fitness. I don’t sell any supplements or support any fads, and I’ll never ask my clients to do something I wouldn’t do myself.
