TIER 1: BASIC PROGRAMS

PATH TO PUSHUPS

Make 2026 the last year you can’t do a pushup. This program will help you achieve your first pushup and hopefully many more! We lay the foundations to build strength and stability in the upper body and core and put you on the path to doing a pushup.

Whether you’re just starting on your fitness journey

MONTH OF MOBILITY

Feeling stiff and tight? Looking to achieve your first pistol squat, or to safeguard your joints against injury? This program, updated monthly, will get your strengthen and mobilize your joints so you can move better and with confidence. This program may be used in tandem with another strength program or be used on its own.

TIER 2: SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

BUILD BACK BONE MASS

Are you suffering from age-related osteopenia or osteoporosis? Training with weakened bones requires a lot more strategy and caution. In this group, you’ll find just that. Up to five weekly workouts programmed for you, with the goal of building greater muscular strength, increasing bone mineral density, and preventing dreaded fractures—all carefully crafted to strategically build and avoid injury. You’ll train strength, balance, mobility, and more—all with the aim of reversing BMD loss and having you feeling stronger and safer. 

Our semi-private groups combine the best of both worlds: the community and energy of group training, and the individualized attention of 1-on-1 sessions. Whether you’re looking to reverse bone density loss, bulk up for summer, or get back in shape as a busy professional, we have a group for you. Each group has its own personality, but at their core, they’re all the same; a place to motivate and be motivated, to find a community of people who share your goals, and to become a better, healthier, more capable version of yourself—all for a fraction of the rate of private training. THE WINTER ARC

Winter is the time to put in the work no one else sees. When they see you in summer, they’re not going to know what to say. Want to grow more muscle more quickly? This group is the place for you. Up to six workouts per week will get you bigger and stronger than you’ve ever been. In this group, you’ll gain the tools to optimize every single workout, every single lift, every move down to the last rep, and you’ll have a community of lifting partners to support you on your journey.
